The Task
WILO SE's European Works Council has existed since 2008, and its language mix shifts with every election to the SE-BR. Alongside common languages like English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese, rarer ones such as Romanian, Latvian, or Croatian come into play. Each meeting therefore calls for a fresh assessment of which interpreters and which technology are needed, wherever in Europe the meeting happens to take place.
Our Solution
For every meeting, we assemble a new interpreting team tailored to that session's language mix, complete with interpreting technology and translation of the minutes. When a meeting is held abroad, we work out the best on-site technical setup each time. Most meetings take place in person, though we also draw on our own technical studio whenever online participation is needed.
