The Task
At Caravan Salon 2026 in Düsseldorf, HYMER presented its latest models, including the HYMER B-ML. The press conference took place right at the HYMER stand. The presentation was given in German, while some of the around 100 journalists relied on interpretation into English. At its heart were detailed, vivid descriptions of the features that set the vehicles apart. That same vividness had to come across in English, accurate down to the last detail.
Our solution
As the press conference was short, one interpreter was enough. She interpreted simultaneously from German into English, live on site at the stand, using the interpreting equipment provided by the client. We were commissioned by the content and event agency Pixelschickeria. Thanks to thorough preparation on the models and the terminology of the motorhome industry, every description sounded as vivid and precise in English as in the original. International journalists were able to follow the presentation of the latest models directly and report on it straight away.
