The setup takes place at the respective Axalta Coating Systems Germany GmbH & Co.KG location. It is fully installed the day before and dismantled again after the meeting.
The Task
Axalta Coating Systems' supervisory board meets at changing company locations, with participants in the room and others joining online. The meetings are held in German and English, and the topics are demanding and confidential. What was needed was a solution that serves both languages equally: in the meeting room and in the Zoom conference.
Our solution
We provide an interpreting team specialising in the committee's subject areas and set up the complete technology at the respective location the day before: interpreting booth, transmission technology, table microphones, receivers and headsets. At the same time we host and support the Zoom call for the members joining online and feed the interpretation into it in German and English. After the meeting we dismantle everything again. This way every participant hears the meeting in their own language, whether in the room or on screen.
